In just a few weeks Fearne Cotton, Denise Van Outen, Holly Willoughby and Alexandra Burke will embark on a trek across the mountains of Peru - accompanied by six very important guests.

Fearne and friends will be joined by six women who have been affected by breast cancer, and all of them will be raising money for Breast Cancer Care.

The route, set to take nine days, will reach heights of over 4,000 metres above sea level and finish at the legendary Machu Picchu in October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

It is a fantastic cause and deserves all our support.

As no stranger to challenges, I have a great deal of admiration for those taking part and wish them all the best.
